How To Burst Out of Bed Each Morning
- Make an Appointment with Waking - Find a waking hour that works best for you and stick with it no matter what!
- Eat like a king in the morning and a Pauper at night - Going to bed on a mostly empty stomach will allow your body to sleep better
- Live with a purpose - take extra steps in creating fun, life changing goals, and scheduling specific ways of how we'll get a step closer to these goals during this coming day.
- Plan Your Day - Planning is one of the fundamental ways to maximize your mind to achieve your goals, and as such it plays a critical role in allowing us to have an awesome day, everyday.
- Water - A bit of water before bed and half a liter as soon as you get up. While you sleep your cells will fill up with fresh water & create an overall sense of well-being. Water in the morning gets your mind & body going
- Have "Me Time" - when you have something you REALLY enjoy doing right when you get up, you won't be able to wait until that alarm goes off till you jump out of bed and get to it!

Quick Tip
Cut Back on the Laundry Detergent!
More detergent doesn’t mean cleaner clothes. In fact, to get your clothes cleaner (and keep your washing machine in top condition) you should actually cut back on the amount of detergent you use. Extra suds can help bacteria, soils, and odors reach new parts of your machine and leave a residue behind that transfers to the next load. Additional detergent can also build up in your clothes and make them dingy looking.
